Upon graduating from VT with a Finance Degree, I moved back to Virginia Beach. I met my wife in 2000 and we have 2 beautiful children. In 2004 I became a licensed Real Estate Agent and I currently have over 20 years of total sales experience. Being certified in Buyer Representation and very experienced in Distressed Property sales, I represent Buyers and Sellers best interests.     Being first time homebuyers, my wife and I had many questions and needed an experienced realtor to help guide us through the process and be an honest representative for us. Charles was all of these things and more. We searched for a home for almost 6 months and Charles never balked when we couldn’t find a home we loved. His quote was “If it takes a year or more to find YOUR home then that’s what it takes!”. All through the process he was always looking for our best interest and not trying to make an extra $$ in some way. I wouldn’t trust anyone else in Hampton Roads to be my realtor, whether buying or selling!

    Charles Barco and his team by far is the most professional and courteous real estate agents in Hampton Roads. This is my second time working with Charles and I thought he was excellent and tremendous the first time back in 2014, however, he has totally expanded his talent and zeal for his occupation in 2022. His charisma, determination and utmost integrity towards me and his other clients are not common in this day in age, but I can attest that Charles possesses all these character qualities which also reflects down to his team as well. If it was possible, I would give Charles and his team more than just 5-stars, it would rather be a 10-star review.
